The Most Efficient Glass System

Resistance® Glass Systems is the most efficient glass available today. If you look at the two charts to below you will see that in the pyrolytic Low-E all the material that is used to make up the coating is mixed together and applied to the glass at time. The material in the Resistance® Glass System is applied in eight different layers is this called (stacking). By stacking the right quantity of material in each layer we are able to ensure the maximum heat reflection for thermal efficiency.

The easiest way to describe how Resistance® Glass Systems works is that it reflects heat back to ots original source. In the winter that means that is reflects 96% of the heat back in to the room keeping the glass warm on those cold winter nights. In the summer it keeps out 64% of the heat from the sun. In both cases this will help to drastically reduce your energy cost. Resistance® Glass Systems reflects 84% of the sun1s ultraviolet rays that can fade interior colors.
